Scheduling a service is easy as scheduling a shift on our free 24/7 mobile app or simply giving us a call on 1800 22 4357 during business hours.

Alternatively, you can submit a contact form with details of the shift you would like to schedule. 

Yes! Our mobile app allows you and your carer to quickly access everything you need. You can: view your NDIS budget, view upcoming shifts and schedule new shifts, approve invoices from Younified Care or external providers, securely access your NDIS Service Agreement and other documents, and have complete transparency and control.

Absolutely not! Our client mobile app is free and optional to use and is available for you and any person you choose to give access to, such as your family or carer.

At Younified Care, honesty and transparency are core values. Our technology is designed to automatically email you a report of services provided to you, the cost, and remaining NDIS funding.

FAQs about the NDIS:

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is for eligible Australians who are either born with or acquire a permanent and significant disability.

The NDIS funds reasonable and necessary supports and services that relate to a person’s disability to help them achieve their goals. 

If you’re eligible for the NDIS and you become an NDIS participant, you will receive funding to work towards the goals in your NDIS plan that are specific to you.

Everyone has different goals, but they could include things like improving speech or communication skills through therapy, getting help for normal, everyday living activities or equipment to help you at home or in your community, learning new skills or getting and keeping a job, becoming more independent, or making friends and connections.

Once you have your individual NDIS plan, you will work with your chosen service providers, such as Younified Care, who will support you to pursue your goals. Service providers are professionals who deliver supports and services such as physiotherapy, speech therapy or occupational therapy.

You may also use your NDIS plan to work with a support worker, engage a carer, or to access assistive technology, or complete home modifications that help you in your everyday life.

If you’re under 65 and have a permanent disability that stops you from doing everyday things independently, you are most likely eligible for the NDIS. It’s a good idea to read the NDIS Access Checklist to see if you might be eligible.
